I was working with Florent from the west coast, so was not on location in NYC. But his efficiency, availability, and professionalism made me feel like i was right there. Was in constant contact, was able to work with my schedule, and treated the job (and myself) with utmost respect and value. Now that i've found Premium Renovations here on Angi, i'm going to keep them at the top of the list for future work. Florent did an amazing job. I hired him to paint an apartment as well as other repairs and the work was so great and he helped to get it sold quickly. I then hired him again to paint and do repairs on another apartment and the work was exceptional again. I would (and will) not hesitate to contact him for another job and he should be your 1st call.
