It was terrible. He didn’t take the order right, he overcharged us, and then never installed it. Then he tried to shake us down for more money. It seemed like they did this kind of thing often and they kind of like hold you hostage like oh, I have your cabinets here, but you have to give us this, it was just ridicules.
