Very unprofessional. They have never show up and they never called.

What I liked best was their price. It was the best price and the lowest price that I got. The gentleman who came was very friendly. He gave me a couple of different options.

Ray is awesome, fair price, great work. He installed a new PVC fence and it came out perfect.

Preferred Fencing did very good work, but they did have very good follow up and I needed them to fix something else but they didn't show up. The initial job was very good.

Preferred Fencing and Ray himself is extremely professional compared to
most of other companies I've been dealing with. He came on time as
asked. He was very patient with me. He had to work with a company which
was installing a new awning for my house and he made himself available
on three dates when I needed him to come, measure, check and give
advice since the new awning required two new posts which I wanted to interact with the new railing. Two companies which never dealt with each-other before working together? Good luck! Ray not only made it happen but he made it look as there's no big deal about it.
I would never give an and quot;Aand quot; to someone who wasn't perfect from A to Z.

It couldn't have gone better

They did an excellent job, but we wanted them to do something else and they didn't follow through with it. We wanted him to do something smaller and he dropped the ball, basically. That surprised me. Their responsiveness initially was good. I would still hire them again.

Got estimates from three fencing contractors whose prices were pretty close, but chose Preferred on the basis of his Angieslist rating. Although inclement weather forced a delay with this outside job, it was completed within a week of deposit.

He was fabulous, neat, and prompt. I explained my special needs, he listened, and did the work exactly as I needed it. The price was very reasonable.
