I've used John twice for inspections of coop apartments I was interested in purchasing. Both times he was able to schedule us in within 24 hours- a small miracle. He was extraordinarily thorough. He walked us through everything he saw- good and bad. He pointed out some things that we missed ourselves and made suggestions on what should and shouldn't be done to make it right. Every issue that came up in both coops was written in the reports. John is fantastic. He is responsive to calls and emails.

Inspector was friendly and a very good communicator. Went over the house thoroughly (including actually going up on the roof, which some inspectors don't even bother to do) and gladly answered all of my questions. He found a few issues on the roof and his assessments were dead on accurate. As a result we took $2500 off of the price we paid for this home. I would recommend using Precise to anyone who is looking for a home inspector that is fair, honest and knowledgeable.

John is trully a professional, John came out to my home initially and did a great inspection. He was personable, accommodating, and explained anything notable, answered any questions my wife and I had. My agent was so impressed she took a bunch of Johns business cards. I highly recommend him.
His report says even more all, recommendation to adjust certain thing, items to pay attention to, observations of things that can be problematic. Plumbing, electrical, structural, roofing, appliances, room, overall conditions etc.. and photos to accompany these mentioned items when available.
John tested for Radon and the results were high. We had a radon mitigation system installed and John came out and re-test and he came out and did a final walkthrough, making sure either repaired, worsened or remained the same.

I am very pleased with the thorough inspection done by John with Precise Home Inspection. He arrived to the property promptly. He went through the entire house and the outside grounds. John was very detailed in his explanations and suggestions. From the major issues that needed immediate attention to the minor repairs, John gave his expert opinions and provided great information on what needed to be done. After the inspection, I felt confident about the condition of the house and it's relation to my offer on the property. I was happy to see that John spent the time to look at everything. Also, he provides a binder full of home maintenance info. This was perfect for me as I am a first time home buyer. I I would definitely recommend John.

John was on time, thorough and professional. He spent time seeing all parts of the house, from the outside and the basement to the roof and the bedrooms. He's and quot;hands onand quot; with windows, doors, faucets and appliances, taking pictures and notes along the way. He uses a moisture meter when evaluating surfaces and uses a ladder to get to the higher spots. The report you get in a few days includes the pictures, notes and comments/suggestions which he also lets you know while doing the inspection.

We are grateful that he was able to fit us in on short notice, and we were extremely pleased with his work!

He was punctual, organized, and detail oriented. Checked both the functionality of each appliance and aesthetics with which each item was installed. He commented on the structure of the balcony claiming that it is not child proof, since a kid could climb it like a ladder. He took pictures of all parts that he has some reservation for, e.g. cupped floor in the living room. Amazing!

He explained in detail what and how he was going to inspect. I arrived 15 minutes early, and he was there ready to start the inspection. John checked everything he said he would check, plus more. He found over 20 items that needed to be repaired or replaced. He even found items that were outside of his scope of work and notified me about them. He found a faulty faucet, but stayed in the house to help stop the water from leaking. His inspection lasted over three hours! I would highly recommend John.

I very recently had a home inspection conducted by Precise Home Inspections. I cannot tell you how very pleased I am with this Company. During our initial phone conversation, John thoroughly walked me through the process, what type of inspection would be performed, the cost - and answered all of the questions that I had. During that call, I scheduled the appointment. John arrived, as scheduled, explained in detail again what would be done during the visit - and began his work. He was methodical in going through the house and provided me with excellent feedback as he was going through the various inspections. Arrived right on time and spent some time with me explaining what he was going to do. then he went to it explaining the what and why of each step in as much detail as i could handle. His report was one of the most important pisces of information in my decision.
