His report says even more all, recommendation to adjust certain thing, items to pay attention to, observations of things that can be problematic. Plumbing, electrical, structural, roofing, appliances, room, overall conditions etc.. and photos to accompany these mentioned items when available.
John tested for Radon and the results were high. We had a radon mitigation system installed and John came out and re-test and he came out and did a final walkthrough, making sure either repaired, worsened or remained the same.
