 + -1 moreOverall --good work, good experience. Agent was thorough. Yes, I recommend the company , at least from my one experience with this one particular agent. I do not know the other agents, or how they work. The office was nice, clean, professional and the receptionist was polite and efficient. My calls were always answered promptly, and appointments were kept. I felt confident with this company.
Description of Work: Service that was provided was that the agent showed me homes that I asked to look at and homes that they had available to show. And the agent toured the home with me, first time and also the second time as we got nearer to contract. Agent gave me all the information that I needed to know and was the go-between between me and the home-owner and me and the other agent. ABOUT the price of the service. Angies's list instructed to put a zero in the amount box if I didn't know the amount, and so I did that. At this time, I can't remember what the amount was --for the service provided. But I do know that the amount was "average" or exactly what it should have been. IF I have the opportunity to come back and edit this, I will add the price at some later date. Service was good, professional, polite. Office is professional. I don't have my papers with me at this time, so I can not put down what I paid for the service. But this was the typical percentage (average) that a real estate agent will receive on a property sale.
