SIGNED A THREE YEAR CONTRACT.. NEVER CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.. HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL AND REMIND THEM. I WOULD CALL THEM WHILE I HAD A 'TERMITE SWARM'.. WAS TOLD 'IT WAS THEIR BUSY SEASON'.. AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO VACCUUM THEM UP. INSTALLED A BAIT SYSTEM IN MY GARAGE, WHICH I WAS LATER TOLD WAS ILLEGAL.. TOO MUCH TO LIST..
HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY ON ANOTHER TERMITE SERVICE..

The process went well. It took awhile for the technicians to set the trap, but on the second try the squirrel was captured and taken away. The squirrel was able to take some of the peanut butter bait at first, but the trap didn't close all the way and it managed to squeeze out and back into the fireplace. The technicians came back promptly and reset the trap. Within a couple of hours the squirrel took the bait again and was successfully captured. My husband was able to carry the cage to the yard to await a pickup. Again within a couple of hours they came back and took it away. We liked the service and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

They did a very good job. I don't want to put a bad commentary. It's just that they just stopped contacting with me, but every time they've came they have always done a good job. I didn't dislike anything. When they did decide to come they were prompt. If they said they'd be here at noon, they showed up on time. But, they just stopped showing up. Then I would call them personally they would show up. Then the guy would say he would show up a certain time each month and they haven't been back. But as far as the work, the work was good. It was just getting them over here that was the problem.

It went great..We started seeing roaches while construction was taking place in the home that we are attached to on one side. Roaches were even coming in from the outside through our sliding glass door and into the kitchen and also through the attached walls. I called on a Saturday and they showed up as arranged on time that Tuesday. They were very helpful in answering our questions and took there time going through every room in our three story home spraying and applying bate gel. They also sprayed the outside of our home at no extra cost. They returned two weeks later on the Thursday and went through the same routine as stated above. I would say 90% of the infeststation is gone and now we are on a maintenance program at an additional $40.00 a month until the roaches are finally all gone. We now find dead roaches and some that are very slow moving that are about to die. The monthly maintenance will continue until all roaches are dead and gone. We are very pleased and satisfied with the price and work by Post Exterminating Co.

They do contracts for $50 a year. They do good work. They are always on time. I would recommend them. They are very professional.

Could not get rid of ant infestation with consumer-grade products. They just kept coming back. Post's guy came and sprayed. Was nice enough to give me a discount since I only needed one floor done.

I had used this company several years ago when I had a termite problem and they did a good job. The men that came were very clean and very professional. We were happy they gave us the free coupon and will use them again if and when we have to.

They are one of the biggest pest control companies in Staten Island and they have been in business for over fifty years. When I have had problems in the past with termites, I have used smaller companies, but the termites keep coming back. I chose a larger company this time in hopes that they would have more experience and that they would know what to do to get rid of the termites. They recommended that I have my house sprayed, so I am going to use their services again. They will use a top of the line spray when they come back out, which I appreciate and the total cost for job will be $800. They will apply the $75 that I already paid for the inspection towards that fee.

THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. IT'S THE ONLY EXTERMINATING COMPANY I HAVE USED. FROM MY FIRST EXPERIENCE I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM. THEY COME RIGHT AWAY. THEY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL.

THEY HAVE VERY PROMPT SERVICE. THEY UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM. THEY HAD A BUDGET PLAN FOR ME. IT DIDN'T JUST COST ME ALL AT ONCE. I COULD PAY IT OFF IN TIME. WHEN THE MAN CAME TO THE HOUSE, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I'VE ONLY HAD THEM JUST THE ONCE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS OF MY CALL. A LOT OF PLACES YOU CALL DON'T COME RIGHT AWAY.

THEY ARE VERY CAUTIOUS. THEY TELL ME TO OPEN THE WINDOWS WHEN THE CHEMICALS ARE DOWN. ALL I KNOW IS THAT THEY FOLLOW THE SAFETY PROCEDURE. THEY ARE VERY POLITE and MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING VERY CAREFUL WORK.
