replacement windows
+ -1 moreI have contacted Pella twice this week and once last week. They ignored my email last week, and after emailing yesterday no return phone call. Pella is asking for $120 for someone to take a look when they have NEVER fixed the problem. They have very poor customer service.
Description of Work: Our windows have visible daylight showing, when they should be airtight. The window should be able to close and be airtight without a clamp lock.
