a family member needed help with his home he had got very bad damage to his home from the storm and again i understand that everyone phone was ringing off the hook but you just don't do business this way! our relative needed help, they took all the information and did nothing no return call to let us know that they obviously could not handle the job!
Description of Work: numerous calls to this company after sandy storm they just left us hanging ,we spoke to a person named judy she claimed we would get a call back or response within 24-48 hrs call never came , now i do know that many and many people were looking for help after the storm but don't leave anyone hangin and it probably wasn't just us but i think when people are in dire straits you get back to them and be honest about what you can or cannot do...

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, and very attentive. They seemed very reliable. They were actually recommended to me by a friend. They did a real nice job, I can't complain. I wasn't able to do any pricing research. When my house was under water, I got who I could get. Paul Davis did an excellent job, and I absolutely use them again. They really did a nice job.
Description of Work: I used Paul Davis Restoration when my home was flooded by hurricane Elina, last August. They removed the sheet rock, ripped up the floors, baseboards and basically gutted the house. Then they sprayed to prevent mold.
