THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME OUT. PLUS, THE PLUMBING BILL WAS REASONABLE. I DON'T THINK ANY OTHER PLUMBER COULD HAVE CHARGED LESS. HE WAS SO DELIGHTFUL AND VERY EFFICIENT.

SINCE THE LEAK HAS BEEN FIXED, I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY LEAKS. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE WAS CAREFUL TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF WHEN HE WAS FINISHED WITH THE JOB.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. IT TOOK THEM TWO AND HALF WEEKS TO GET PERMITS FROM THE CITY TO GET THE WORK DONE BECAUSE THEY HAD TO OPEN UP THE STREETS AND GO INTO THE CITY'S WATER MAIN. IN ADDITION THE ONLY CRITICISM WAS THAT THERE WASN'T VERY AGGRESSIVE COMMUNICATION FOR A TIMELINE FOR WHEN THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED.
