Tree Removal
Jeff and his crew are top notch. They did the work that I requested but the important thing is they protected the property of all our neighbors. They were very careful that the branches that were cut were directed to land without any damages. After the tree was down they did an excellent cleanup. Even doing cleanups in my neighbors yards where some small branches and twigs fell. The crew worked very well together doing what needed to be done. One was in the tree doing the cutting while another held the ropes to lower the cut branch to the ground. Next the other workers cut the large branches into smaller sections and walked everything to the trucks & chipper in the street, The process is something to watch. It's amazing.

Jeff and his team are top-notch in all aspects of tree removal and tree pruning. Highly skilled, totally reliable, and really knowledgeable about the trees and NYC in respect to their business. Super clean, and respectful of your neighbors as they will be impacted by the the many tricky aspects of tree removal, I have used them with really good results for 4 years now.

Jeff and is crew are the best in the business! They just finished an 9 hour job of pruning , thinning and removal of trees that posed a danger to our home and property . At the end of the day, there wasn't one leaf left anywhere ...except on the trees where they belong. He is the best. I would give them 6 stars if I could. All the best, Jeff.

I was looking for a true professional that had special equipment to be able to squeeze through my side yard to reach and trim the tree of my neighbor in the back yard. It was over the property line and making a mess in my yard. I was recommended Jeff, from Out On A Limb Tree Care. Jeff came over and looked at the job and we agree on a price and schedule a day to do the job. Jeff and his crew were great, working as a team in a safe way they were able to get the job done. Tree Removal
When he came out to do the estimate he stated he could remove the stump as well as I need to put up a fence but the trees were on the property line. I was told to cover my walls and doors ahead of time to avoid damage from transporting the trees from the backyard through the house. Ok, reasonable. So he calls prior and states he will need to be paid after the job is completed and I will receive a receipt for services the same day he willl bring it. So needless to say I have 4 tree stumps in my yard, my fence has not been put up and I had to contact his mother, his secretary, who was grocery shopping or something, to send me a receipt as he didn't have it. I think he just enjoys swinging from trees which is cool, I'm sure, but the business end needs a bit more fine tuning. If you state you can remove the whole tree I expect that's what your going to do.

When the job was initially discussed with you, I stated that it was impossible to get a stump grinder into your backyard, since your house is completely attached with no access to the yard except through the house. I even discussed with you ways of building your fence around the stumps. Additionally, when the job was complete, I was told you were pleased. I take a lot of pride in what I do for a living, as a climber and business owner. I always go above and beyond for my customers and it is reflected in all the 5 star reviews I have received.
