 + -1 moreAwfully. They canceled at the last minute for our first appointment. Then they came for our second appointment and talked a lot of talk, but never got back to me with a formal estimate or to return my call. A waste of time (2 days of my time if you include the first canceled appointment). Extremely unprofessional.
