Turned on my heat to get the chill out of the house and my problem started water pouring out of my furnace and radiator. I called On Call Mechanical. The best ever from Gina answering to Eddie (the best) and Vinny my furnace was fixed the next day. Thank you for the best service and have u in my phone contacts if I should need u again.

WE HAVE BEEN AT THIS RESIDENCE FOR 36 YEARS SO WE HAVE A FEW UNITS INSTALLED BEFORE. THEY WE EFFICENT AND THE INSTALLATION AND DUCT WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES. TO BOOT THEY ARE ON 24 HRS CALL.

The repair went great! Talked to Gene on a Saturday and he came out to my location on a Monday (Holiday). He gave me an estimate and we scheduled to have the damaged furnace/ vents replaced on Thursday. The price was very reasonable and the job was done quickly and efficiently!! I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful!! Gene came out on a Sunday. He arrived at the time promised and went over everything. We decided that we wanted a new system rather than a repair. They came and started the job a day earlier than first stated. This was great for me. Eddie and Vinnie came every day. They showed up on time and worked hard. Gene showed up from time to time to make sure everything was going well. The guys were all polite and professional. The price was reasonable. I am very happy. I will use this company again and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Eddie came to my home because my heater was making a weird noise with a burning smell. He found the blower motor no good and replaced it in a timely matter. I was very pleased with the outcome of my services.. Also showed me how to replace my filter to keep up with my maintence. Im very happy..

My boiler failed during 20 degree cold snap. My regular service people not available. Polite "Eddie" answered, said they were near...arrived 15 minutes.so far so good. Eddie arrives, informs me of $89+tax fee. As i am a cripple I pointed him to boiler. He emerges 10 mins later claiming boiler "shot" ...water in basement (normal here)...says we need new boiler... Mine "cracked"... Says abt. $6,000 to replace..maybe Monday earliest... Tells me some doubletalk of why and how my not old boiler broke. I was about to pay my $89+ tax, and tip, he returns to basement with my wife. She asks for temp.fix. he " rigs" it, but adds probably real temporary... Then wants $249. Extra for his 10 minute "rig"... Boiler did function one cyle then quit. Being suspicious of new company, said we'd consider the $6k replace. Today got my regular guy in. Boiler NOT cracked. Simple half hour repair. I feel ripped off 2 ways. Adding $160 for " temp fix"... Attempting to sell a crippled guy unneeded boiler.... Ken Bobin

Workers showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning out ducts. They kept me informed throughout the process.

They came as promised, explained to me what was needed and clearly explained the my options and charges. Gene was very pleasant and articulate and gave a very clear explanation of what the problem was and how he would fix it after he diagnosed the problem. He was also neat and clean and professional looking. Because my daughter's system was literally frozen in the house due to low freon he did all he could in that state, and the next day, finished up, as promised and on time. This was my first experience with them and I was very pleased in all ways. My take-away is that he is smart, articulate, and personable, keeps his promises, and what he charges is fair and honest. He clearly explained how he charges. I dealt with others, and some sound so nice when they want to get you business and then it all breaks down after that. No so with these guys. My feeling is that he strives to do a good job and charge fairly and you are getting a REAL HVAC guy not some hack. I just bought one service contract and plan to get maybe two more down the road on other properties of my family. Their contracts seem very fair. He gave me a copy to take my time and review when I asked for it. It is plain English and easy to understand. If I needed a new system down the road I would put them at the top of the list to consider. And lastly, although no one wants to have to get some HVAC thing fixed, it is nice to have a pleasant experience in the process. I want to add that I have a pretty good understanding of HVAC beyond the normal homeowner as to its workings and pricing so I can make a pretty good judgement on HVAC service. To me pricing is based on many things including the people themselves and how they deal with customers.
As far as specifics he was not trying to sell me the leak stop injection to save me some money but I decided just to get it done then and get it over with. Finding freon leaks I know is not easy if a small leak and can be time consuming and costly. And there can be more than one leak! The unit was 12 years old and held its charge the entire time, but the freeze-up show it was low. Most people don't know that freon does not get used or disappear, so if they each year have to add some they have a leak, that pretty much is SOP in the business. R22 now with EPA rules is VERY costly and stopping small leaks is a good choice. The stuff about leaks is from my own research. Gene gave me choices and fully explained them. No hard sell.

When Eugene came for estimate, he was knowledgeable and forthcoming with his recommendations and answered all our questions. He was also very patient.
The crew was very professional, very neat,, polite and friendly. Took old units with them. One guy spent a good amount of time explaining the system, showing us how to change filter and safety issues.
Called us a few days later to make sure everything was okay.

They were on time and followed up. They cleaned up after the job was done. The job was completed on time.

They were reliable, and provided excellent company, and had a reasonable rate. The mechanic was great and had excellent customer service.

It was a very fair price. They were very professional, and they always came on time. I was very happy with the service.
