Description of Work: DO NOT BUY or ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM SI NISSAN!!!! I, too, spent over 4 hours at this dealership only to walk out frustrated, lied to and ANGRY, with NO CAR! I walked in at 11:30AM this morning, spoke with the sales manager, Adrian, who promised I would get the deal I came for with no hassle. I told him what I wanted to spend for a lease on a Rogue and he agreed after 45 minutes of discussing it. I waited 4 hours only to be assigned 2 different cars because they were either damaged or the wrong model. This waisted 2 hours! When I finally got to see my car and approve it, I was ushered into the tiny room with the finance guy who started quoting me crazy costs that were NEVER discussed. I told the general manager I wanted a price that included EVERYTHING except my 1st month payment, DMV fees and acquisition fees (that I understand are extra.) They never included the taxes in my pricing, added a bunch of other fees like destination fees and, all in all, my monthly price went up from $299 to $411!!!!!! It's the old bait and switch! A real waste of my time!! I've been leasing for over 12 years and NEVER came upon worst bottom-feeders than the salespeople at Staten Island Nissan!!! Stay Away!! Manhattan Nissan has been and will continue to be my dealer of choice!!!!!

 + -1 moreSleazy Tactics and Bait and Switch . They do NOT use the Nissan Leasing program when configuring the price upon initial visit when you first sign paper work, but a inferior HAL leasing program that will cost you thousands out of pocket when you return the car. They then offer you the Nissan Leasing option but it will cost you fifty, a hundred or possibly more per month for your lease. They do not tell you any of this until AFTER you sign on the dotted line and speak with the financial dept, they also mislead on the initial paperwork to make it appear as if it is the NIssan Leasing program. It is NOT ! Very deceptive and dishonest. I would not recommend them and if you do decide to go there, Do not sign ANYTHING until you sit down with the Financial department and fully expect to pay much more than what the salesman on the floor tells you.

 + -1 moreNissan of Staten Island Repair and Service is a nice place. I bought my car here so this is where I go for service. I like that the mechanics are specially trained to work on Nissans and also they have a lot of the parts you may need on hand.
Description of Work: I took my 2007 Nissan here for an oil service. They checked the filters, fluids and tire pressure.
