THEY DID THE JOB, BUT I HAD TO PUSH THEM TO DO IT. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE MADE EXCUSES OR ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT HOW HARD IT WAS TO FIX. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE THE JOB, OR TOLD ME IN THE BEGINNING THEY COULDN'T DO IT. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THEM DO THE WORK. THEY TRY TO CUT CORNERS.

IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. THEY HAD TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP, AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE TO A PROBLEM. THEY INSTALLED A NEW POOL, AND THERE WAS A TEAR IN THE LINER AFTER A FEW MONTHS. THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT.
