Not pleased at all. Came to house, looked at job & said he would get back to us with an estimate. Never gave an estimate or contacted us again. This is niot the way to do business.

I was extremely satisfied with Vincent and his workers. The price for the deck installation was very fair and materials that were recommended were very good quality. The crew were working really hard and sometimes even go extra steps to make sure everything done correctly and on time. I would definitely hire them for my future house projects.

My bathroom looks beautiful.....like right out of Better Homes and Gardens. Monello Enterprises did a great job and working with them was a pleasant experience.

Best experience with a contractor ever. We have spent over 200K over the past 10 years in our home and Monello is the only company we will use again. The were honest, professional, finished the project on time, didn't nickel and dime us over all the minor things that come up during a project and even after getting paid they still responded to all our questions about the project. We have used many contractors in the past and shopped around for multiple contractors for this project. Not only did Vinny and Jan exceed our expectations but by far they are the only contractors we would recommend to our family and friends.

They were prompt in calling back, going to see the job site, and actually doing the job. I would have liked to know the difference in price between treated and untreated wood. They made the decision to use untreated wood. Hopefully, it will turn out OK. That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Both owners arrived to survey the job & they provided a very competitive quote. When selected to complete the job they scheduled it quickly and arrived on time on the day agreed upon. Although they themselves did not stay the entire time, their crew was polite, neat and as clean as they can given the type of work they were doing. The job was completed in the time frame that they said it would be and they cleaned up after and left as little mess as possible. Most important is that they did not play any games with the price or quote. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They were very reliable
