The job started March 2010. We are in the final stages of getting the heater installed. His boys do the work and then the licensed plumber inspect it. I think he's stalling the job. Now he's trying to jack the price up. He's not fulfilling the contract. From the start, the city shut the site down because he didn't have the proper permits. I had to pay the $10,000 for the permits and he won't repay me that money. It was supposed to be finished February it is now June.

"price is still the same as original contract. home owner choose to move forward with out an architect which resulted in a stop work from NYC DOB. home owner then hired architect paid the 10,000. Homeowner now feels I am responsible for architectural fees, which were never included in my contract."
