I have used Matt Zocco as a contractor since 2000 and would not use anyone else. In 2000, it was a major renovation. Since then, Matt has done several "smaller" projects in my house - reconfiguring and renovating a bathroom, installing new hardwood floors, installing new windows, etc. His crew is first rate and the work is great.

I use them all the time. He’s the best. Matt is the only one I’ve ever use for a contractor. He’s on time. He manages his job well. The work is outstanding. I’ve been using him since 2000. He did the first major renovation in 2000 and that was quite substantial. Everything was really itemized and was done well. I trust his work so much. He’s done smaller projects over the years for me like redoing one bathroom and putting a hardwood floor in another room, and moving some stuff around. I just want him to do the work coz it’s so good. That last project was painting the whole top floor and putting a hardwood floor. He’s very professional. He does an all around job. He has a good reputation and he does quality work. He’s insured and bonded. Just to give you an idea, when his workers were here, I gave the head guy in charge the key to my house.

MLZ General Construction Inc were professional and I was impressed. He told me whether or not the work could be done and how much. Their responsiveness was very good. 

They are always on time and they do quite a great job. His workers are very neat and they clean up after themselves.

I have the best contractor.  He is really intelligent and knows how to solve problems that always emerge when you are doing construction in old houses.  He matches really good about that.  He gives really good and excellent solutions.  His crew is very professional.  One thing he has always trained them to do is that, at the end of every single day they clean up.  It's amazing to me in terms of a construction crew.  My neighbors even commented on it.  I've had him do other renovations before this year.  He is just very good.  I've been using him since 2000.
