I LIKE WHEN PEOPLE GET TO THE POINT, AND WHEN THEY TELL ME OPTIONS THAT EXIST. HE GETS TO THE POINT AND GIVES ME OPTIONS. HE TELLS ME HONESTLY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY, AND HE DID IT IN THE TIME HE REQUESTED. IT WAS A SMALL REPAIR OF THE ROOF THAT HELPED TO STOP THE LEAK AND THAT IS WHAT HE TOLD ME. HE DIDN'T TELL ME TO REPLACE THE WHOLE SKYLIGHT WHICH IS WHAT I WAS THINKING HAD TO BE DONE.
