Mr. Biagiolli filed fr eviction proceedings 2 weeks after i had a 2nd surgery. He sought to capitalize on my injury and refused to accept rent monies due to his desire to move in others at a higher rate of rent. He refused to accept rent payments and instead sent them back only to aggressively move for eviction. His Attorney Mr Farrell of Howard File law firm stated that no considerations or deals would be made. My Family of 7 was evicted on July 28th 2015 because their father was injured. Even after paying the rent and asking for time to move. Mr Biagiolli aggressively sought eviction. 2 Days after taking possession of said home.
Description of Work: Mr. Biagiolli subsidizes his Architectural business and operates a Home Rental business in which he forces his tenants to reside in unkempt homes at outrageous rates. For nearly six years my family resided in one of these homes. We were forced to live with leaking roofs, windows that would not operate. Mold, Leaking toilets, broken locks,and on and on. After suffering sever injuries at work which resulted in 2 surgeries. .
