Bob listened to (and adhered to) all of my ideas and made useful suggestions, both practical and artistic, that greatly enhanced the finished project. He patiently worked with the other contractors (pool, electricians, fence) to insure coordination of my project. When he found a faulty section of frame near the foundation of my house, rather than ignoring it and continuing his work, he informed me of the issue and repaired it for a nominal fee, thus saving me the expense of hiring yet another contractor.
His team was professional, considerate, and talented and they worked very well together. They worked cleanly and efficiently, and completed the project on schedule.
