He was very careful with my furniture and very helpful. Totally punctual. He knows his job, very professional. For example, the old dishwasher had a short connection and the new one needed a long one. Before he installed it, he let me know it was an extra $75. He gave me the choice. He was very up front. He's got a good people manner. And his prices were good. And the best is, he not only un-installs, he takes the old away.
