THEY SEEMED FRIENDLY AT FIRST WHEN THEY FIRST CAME, BUT THEY STAYED FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR, CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, AND TOOK THE WHOLE BOARD WITH THEM. IT WAS HARD TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THEM. THEIR COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TIME WAS NOT ALL THAT GREAT. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS BECAUSE OF OUR PARTICULAR HOT TUB, BUT IT IS A WHIRLPOOL SO I WOULD THINK THEY COULD FIX IT.

IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THEM, AND THEY WERE REALLY VERY GOOD. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I GIVE THEM THE MONEY, AND THEY WERE MY FRIEND. IT WAS DONE BY THE TIME I CAME HOME. THERE WAS NO MESS. I HAD TO DO NOTHING. I CAME HOME, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS FILL IT WITH WATER.
