They didn't end up grinding the stump and they were very nasty about it. It was in the written agreement that they were to grind the stump, but they never did. It was the first the first time I had used them and I wouldn't use them again.

Not only did they carefully remove the fallen branches and trim the scars on the tree, but one man climbed this 4 story tree to remove additional smaller branches that were precarious.  They then removed all the debris to a wood chipper and cleaned the area.

The estimator arrived at precisely the expected time as did the work crew a day later.  I would certainly use them again!

The overall job went very smoothly ...all the workers had a job to do and all did their job very well.  I would recommend the company as I was very pleased with the quality of work performed.

The gentleman I spoke with was pretty responsive at first, but there was a delay in getting a date for completion of the work. He did the job as promised and when promised. He is very prompt once the date is set.

The service was fine. I have not had any complaints about anyone. I am very pleased.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL. I COULD TELL THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED, TOO. THEY KNEW JUST WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. THE PRICES WERE PRETTY GOOD, AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. MY YARD LOOKS MUCH BIGGER NOW THAT THE TREES AND STUMPS ARE GONE.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, VERY EFFICIENT, DILIGENT, DEDICATED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EDUCATED. HE PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE BEFORE DOING THE WORK, AND HE DID THE WORK AS PROMISED. HE IS VERY EFFICIENT JUST IN THE MOVEMENTS THAT HE DID. HE COULD HAVE STRETCHED THE JOB OUT, BUT HE DIDN'T. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I'M A BLUE COLLAR WORKER MYSELF, AND I KNOW WHAT THE COST OF THE JOB RUNS.

I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS GUY STAYS IN BUSINESS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE CREW, BUT WHEN HE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE HE TOLD ME FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. HE WASN'T HERE WITH THE CREW. THE CREW CHIEF QUOTED ME A PRICE $175 ABOVE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES, AND THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. THE WORK WAS GREAT, BUT I HAVEN'T PAID HIM FOR IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

WE CALLED KELLY'S TREE SERVICE TO REMOVE A TREE FROM OUR BACK YARD. THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR REMOVAL OF THE TREE AND ALL THE ROOTS, BUT THEY COVERED MORE THAN HALF OF THE ROOTS AND LEFT.
