They were okay. They were late on reporting. I will probably not use them again.

The inspector showed up late and did apologize for that.  He performed the roof inspection by looking at it with binoculars from the ground.  You'd think an inspector who is signing off on a roof inspection would want to go up there and take a close look.  His only recommendation was that there should be more screens and smoke / co2 alarms throughout the house.  The inspection was conducted very quickly, I would say in less than an hour.  He checked all the faucets and outlets for voltage but what he did miss was that virtually every door in the house is misaligned and doesn't close properly and also that the upstairs shower leaked through the floor.  These are expensive repairs we will have to make on our own.  I would not recommend this home inspection service as they did not take their time to conduct a thorough inspection.

They did a very good job.  He was very thorough and did a great job with the inspection.

We were very impressed. The price was much more reasonable than other inspection services we contacted. Mr. Kaldas was quite thorough and wanted us to be there during the inspection so he could point out any concerns. At one point, the seller's broker wanted us to wrap things up more quickly and Mr. Kaldas told her that he didn't want to be rushed. He emailed copies of the reports to us and our lawyer as well as sending a hard copy by mail. Prior to meeting Mr. Kaldas I had been a little concerned because JTB stands for John The Beloved and I thought that the name might reflect more emphasis on religion than professionalism, but this was not at all the case.
