THEY ARE REGULAR UNION GUYS. THEY TOOK THE COUCH, SET IT UPSIDE DOWN, AND REPAIRED A HINGE IN THE COUCH. THEY TRIED TO REPAIR THE COUCH AND GIVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE.
