Extraordinarily well. the refrigerator installation was done following the manufacturer's instructions to the 'T'. The removal of the other refrigerator was very challenging due to it's weight and size, but in the end it all worked out perfectly. They went above and beyond...and I would definitely call them again.
"The Customer who gave me the Review ,was possibly going to purchase a home , wants a estimate to fix minor repairs on a home he does not own ,I told him thank you but I am very busy with other projects,in return he leaves the above review ."
"This rebuttal is in response to the erroneous post of the homeowners, (removed member name) and (removed member's name).this particular project was started on August 20 2012, and work ceased on or about October 5, 2012 .This renovation project was terminated due to the conduct, and breach,of the homeowners who wanted additional work completed, which was not outlined, and agreed to in the original contract, and was well outside the scope of the issued municipal work permits.During the duration of work at the property, the homeowners were conducting their own home renovation of the master bath without approved drawings, and without the requisite permits required from the Township of Middletown.Additionally ,during this time period, the homeowners, without consent and compensation to Jade Construction, inc.,utilized a 14 yard container, secured by,and brought in solely for the contracted building project that the homeowners had with Jade Construction and Contracting Inc.Despite repeated requests,by Jade Construction and Contracting Inc., to the homeowners to seek ,and obtain, the required permits, for the additional unapproved renovations the homeowners were undertaking,Jade Construction and Contracting Inc.,terminated its relationship, with the homeowners, for their failure to comply with applicable provisions of the Uniform Construction Code. All work completed by Jade Construction and Contracting Inc., was inspected ,and approved,by Township Building Department.Inspections completed (rough):ALL PASSED / Plumbing 9/26/12 / Electrical 9/27/12 / Framing 9/27/12 / Insulation 9/28/12 .Lastly, the sheet rock was fully completed, and installed, on October 5, 2012."
