J G ROOFING

J G Roofing repairman, John, took 7 days at best to stop by to pick up the $275.00. Upon request JG Roofing was not able to provide a reciept. Claimed his computer was down. I waited two weeks for it to arrive in the mail. Pluse left several messages that the skylight was still linking. No response from J G Roofing until I sent out a certified mail requesting receipt of work performed on the skylight. JG Roofing left V/M asking why did I send a certified letter. John of J G Roofing took the request personally. With that, he said he would not come back to repair the link and that he would mail out my reciept. Month of June has past and still no reciept. July 8th mailed out a 2nd request for receipt (this time I included a self-stamp envelope). It took approximately 2 months to obtain a reciept of J G Roofing. Also, the Skylight still leaks. J G Roofing claims the first time repair is not guarantee to work. If that is true, I don't know. I did not like his tune on the from the V/M, therefore I would not use him again. I'm sure John is a nice fellow, but business is business and not to be taken personally.
