Home and Vacation Property Interior Design, Project and Move Management; Providing 30 years of experience in designing beautiful and comfortable environments. Managing the sub-contracting of services needed for a complete job to create a 'Turn-key' project. The initial consultation is not charged, then a retainer of 20% of the projected project costs with percentage billing as the job progresses. Fees are based on projected hours and not on a percentage of the project total costs.

During the design phase she worked hard to understand how we work and how our stated needs could fit within the constraints of the new office space.  Robin listened to our requirements and made suggestions when she believed she could offer improvements.  To vendors Robin was protective of our interests and therefore a good representative.  As project manager, she was tireless in her efforts to make sure everything turned out perfectly.
