John is a true gentlemen and a master of his trade. He came, started, and finished within one week as promised. They installed concrete in driveways and alley ways and pavers in the yard. John installed a nice border around the entire yard and bull nose around inground pool. Despite all the turns, the angle cutting of the brickwork is absolutely incredible and perfect. He also install drains thru the yard and tied that into the front sewer. The pitching of the concrete was absolutely perfect in we have no water puddles and a storm. He even fixed a couple other things for free while he was here. My I laws will be using him as we'll and look forward to having him brick my entire house next year. Feel free to call john and ask him to see the work he did on Fairbanks avenue, I will gladly show. Lastly worth mentioning he recommended I wait a year before having this work done, and he held the price from the previous year.

John was recommended by our inground pool installer. He is going to lay the pavers around our pool and some concrete work around our yard. He came as the pool was being finished and wanted to grade the yard prior to the fence going up so his machines could access the yard and save us money. He came for two days and completely regraded the yard and laid gravel thru out the yard so in the interim we could walk around our yard with out getting muddy. His crew came and did exactly what he was suppose to do, cleaned up after themselves (you would of never realized he took several yard of dirt out as he washed everything when he was finished).

Right now we are waiting for the ground to settle for a couple of more weeks before he can come back for jib two. Wouldn't you know John has stopped by each week to check in the progress of the job settlement? I also almost forgot I gave him $20 to much and he called me later that day to tell me he would take it off the second job or could swing it by the house (most people would of kept it).

Once my second job is done I will write another review (also have some more work next year for jib three and four!).

Glad that I met John and look forward to doing much business in the future (PS a guy around the corner had him paver his driveway and it looks amazing).
