Carmine was excellent. He gave a fair estimate, explained his process and reasons, worked efficiently and communicated consistently. I would hire him again without hesitation. The quality of his work also appears to be terrific.

Carmine at Gotham is our go-to general contractor for our condo and several tenants. They can do it all- bathroom and kitchen remodels, exterior door framing and installs, drywall, interior painting, and iron work. They are fairly priced and deliver top quality.

Carmine is greatâ timely and a jack of all trades. I basically just have him on retainer for any projects that pop up around the house, and particularly anything that touches dry wall/ceilings/etc.

Carmine did a great job on our home. They donâ t give the option to put multiple services, but it wasnâ t just drywall and plaster. Carmine has come to do painting and lighting installation as well. He came to fix our terrace when we noticed a leak from a previous contractorâ s work. Carmine is ver responsive and we have worked with him for six years now. I highly recommend using his company.
