Excellent. George is the best. He is honest, hardworking and does a beautiful job. He stands by his work. He renovated my entire home and basement. I was very fortunate to find him. I interviewed other contractors, my gut told me George was the right guy and he was. I recommend him to everyone needing a contractor.

I just can't say enough, they were so fantastic, the owner George, he's there every step of the way, he was just the best, I would recommend him to anyone and we've used him twice and he's always been incredible. He goes above and beyond, he's always there for you, he made me his priority because I was having surgery even though he's busy with his other jobs, he's just so wonderful and I highly recommend him.

My bathroom renovation, done by Gianfranco Contracting, went like a dream. The crew of guys that did the work showed up on time every day and were extremely professional. As a construction worker myself I was happy to be involved with the layout of the bathroom tile and fixtures with the workers. They listened to what my wife and I envisioned and came back with alternatives that were helpful as well. They were very thorough with their work and clean up every day. I would highly recommend using them and am definitely looking forward to having them do future work in my home as well.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with George and his workers. The finished product was much better than I even imagined. He is a great guy, very professional and a perfectionist. His workers are great! They are polite, friendly and very respectful. I really can't say enough good things about them. They were all very respectful with my elderly parents and every day they cleaned up before they left for the day! I would and plan on hiring Gianfranco Contracting again and I recommend them.

Amazing! Amazing! George, the owner, and his crew Dave & Jose are masters of their trade!  They did everything with careful precision, and attention to detail.  Above all they are respectful, always showed up on time, and always cleaned their work area.  Anything I asked them to do they did without hesitation.  I have owned homes for over 30 years and never had a contractor like GianFranco!  Excellent work, excellent craftsmen and above all true gentlemen.  I can't say enough about these men and I can't wait to show off their work to my family and friends.
I will most definitely hire GianFranco Contracting again for any future work and highly recommend them - they do it all!

We cannot say enough about George (the owner of Gianfranco) and his team.  First, I might add that this is the second big job that George did for us.  Several years ago he redid our family room, adding a shower to the bathroom.  We were so impressed with his work ethics that we hired him again this July.
   We weren't disappointed!!!  The job took about five weeks, and we love everything that he did.  The floors look fabulous, as does everything else.  George is a man of his word.  When he says that he will be there....HE IS!!  If he is going to be late....HE CALLS!
The job, as I said, took several weeks of work, every day.  It was a messy, dusty job, yet every night when the guys left they would clean up.....unbelievable!!  George, himself, was there much of the time.  However, when he would bring in his outside contractor he would not leave the house, making sure that everything was perfect.
   George is a gentlemen.  Always with a smile, and a hug when needed.  Very professional.  Always ready with suggestions that were quite helpful.  I cannot say enough about George and Gianfranco.   If I had any other jobs to have done in my house George would definitely be the contractor of choice.

After a couple of weeks we had a heavy downpour and noticed that it was still leaking from the second floor down to the first floor.  Much to his surprise and our surprise we couldn't believe that we were still getting water damage.  He immediately took action.  On the first dry day he sent his men to check where the leak was coming from.  They found another leak coming from under a shingle not associated with the installation of the window.  They immediately addressed the problem with much work involved.  We want to commend his men that they were professional, neat and very efficient.  This company did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

Excellent.....Without getting into all of the details - Hire these guys. My basement was a disaster, After meeting with George and his team - I hired them - a group of professional guys - CLEAN work..... It took 2 months to complete my job, that goes to show how much work i had done( too much to mention). I was extremely happy with everything when all was said and done. Would hire them again.

This was the second time we've used George and his contracting service for our renovation.  Like the last time, his crew was professional, courteous, clean and all around wonderful. All communication was quick, clear and concise.   My quote was not inflated at all and everything was within my budget.  George even picked out my backsplash when I picked out the wrong tile.  He could have just done what I had asked but instead picked out something that actually matched and looks beautiful. This was a total bathroom renovation - from demo to new everything.  No detail was left out and everything was perfect.  If they caught something "off", it was remedied immediately by his lead guy Dave.  I have no doubt that for our next renovation, we won't hesitate to call GianFranco again.  I would highly recommend them!

The fixed and re-insulated 1 wall, replace the slider to the back yard (this was an extra service my wife & I decided to have done, the old door was 40 years old) and painted everything. I also had the coax for the cable TV moved to the opposite end of the room (next to our fireplace) and the TV mounted onto the wall. The men couldn't have been more accommodating and George, the owner, came 4 out of the 5 days to check on how they were doing. My only criticism would be that they were slow, I think that the work could have been finished sooner; I'm not complaining because I think they did a very good job.
