GANGI CHEM DRY

Gangi's work on the light stains were noticeably improved.  However, the first set of steps were handled terribly.  In fact, they appeared unaffected by the "cleaning".  The quote I originally received, which included pet stain removal, changed at the appointment. As a result, the service that was once affordable became unaffordable, but having a short window to perform this cleaning and not wanting to waste my time, I proceeded with the cleaning minus the pet stain removal.   Because I wasn't present during the appointment, I had a tight time frame and had to get feedback on the results remotely until I could see it for myself a week later. The technician did not stick around for us to review his work and touch up anything we felt could have been cleaned better. I would not recommend or use them again, even in a pinch.

The overall experience with this company was positive. I felt that the price for this service was accurate.

This company did what they said they would. My carpets looked good and they even smelled good. I would have to say only positive things about this company. It was refreshing to have a good company do work for me after having a rather negative remodeling experience.

This is a fine company that does impeccable and high quality work. They are professional, prompt, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. My overall experience with Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning was excellent

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED FROM CHEM DRY. THEY CLEAN THE CARPETS WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS WHICH MADE MY CARPET LOOK ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. MY CARPET FEELS SMOOTH AND SMELLS FRESH.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LEAVE THE CARPETS TOO WET WHEN THE CLEANING IS DONE, AND THEY ARE SPOT FREE. MY HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS LOOK WONDERFUL. THIS IS AN ON TIME COMPANY.
