If this guy has been doing this for 50 years something is very wrong. The bricks in the garden had no mortar in between them. The workers actually picked them up out of the little mortar that was laid on the ground. It looked like a child did the work. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The workers through all the garbage over my fence not knowing that was also my property. The craziest part is that Frank the owner is defending all the terrible work done. It’s my fault I did not look at everything before I paid him. I would have definitely held back money for someone who knows what their doing.

He's very good. He did my steps previously. He's reasonable. He's fair. And he does good work. I'm very satisfied with him. It was very good. I didn't have any trouble with him. Everything is very good. Everyone that comes to my house likes my steps and everything he did. He does what he says he's going to do. When tells you he's going to come, he comes. Does what he tells you he's going to have done. If he's not going to have it in a day, he's going to tell you. He works with you. If he's not going to come, he calls you. I don't have any complaints about him. He knows what he's talking about. He's very nice, down-to-earth. You get what you pay for. If you want to go cheap, you're going to get it.

It went pretty well and he was priced decently. He wasn't a bad guy to work with and he was quick. I would recommend him to others and I have got other concrete jobs I'm going to have that done when its warmer. I had a positive experience and I think he is worthwhile to consider.

Frank and company did an excellent job on the steps. They came out beautiful. Frank was punctual, courteous, and made sure the job was done correctly. Would highly recommend.

It was made a little bigger than I would have liked but it was fine.

I contracted with Frank Noto to place a cultured stone facing on our house in late May. We agreed upon a price and I was told that it would be about two weeks before the work could start. Approximately 10 days later I received a call that work would start in two days - within the estimated time frame. Although it was raining the morning of the start, Frank and his crew arrived early and commenced work on the project (fortunately the rain stopped). The project took four days to complete, again within the previously indicated time frame for completion. The outcome completely met our expectations and has been appeciated by our family and friends. The work was professional and all clean up was accomplished with no need to remind Frank of any details.
I noted one B in my review (price) only because I have no benchmark to judge by. To us the price seemed reasonable.
We are a satisfied customer and will probably do business with this firm again

The work was excellent. I could not have asked for more. He even did a few small extra jobs over and above the normal work. He was on time and his guys were professional. They also cleaned up well. I'd hire him again without question.

Not a very good experience .The company showed up on time on the hotest day of the summer, but I was unable to take off work on their start date. When my wife came home later that day she complained that concrete retaining wall on side yard was too high to which the contractor yelled at her stating he was doing as he was told to do and it was too late to change as the concrete had already set . on the third day they were pouring concrete for sidewalk and ran out and had to order more so now one slab was partially poured and dried before the remainder was poured. When applying the silicone for expansion joints one of the workers went over the drying liquid with a wheel barrow and got silicone over the concrete slabs. On the final day the contractor asked for MORE money due to the 'extent' of the work required in building the walls. Finally after 2 weeks a crack developed in each of the retaining walls.

Called Noto. Provided a fair estimate. Scheduled job and perfrormed to perfection.

They did an excellent job. They give you a fair price, comes on time, and always clean up after they are done. My neighbors and I both use their services.

Contractor Anthony Noto of Frank Noto Masonry Corp 718 356 3825 Came to our home on time 8am. He did all work on his own, He is truly a professional and skilled and made suggestions when necessary. He worked non stop finishing with perfectly beautiful 2 steps and repositioning the pavers up to the landing. He then went on to repair our stoop and once again did a very professional job. We our very happy to recommend this gentleman and rate him excellent at his work.
