The estimate I got from Flag was neither the highest nor the lowest, but right in the ballpark, very fair. Benny is very knowledgable and PROFESSIONAL! He showed up to give the estimate when promised (rare!) and was on the jobsite every day. The entire job took a full week...he and his crew were here every day and put in a full day's work, no slacking! Everyone was extremely courteous, and at the end of each day the property was left looking immaculate. I've gotten nothing but compliments on the end result.
