It went great. The repair person showed up the next day as promised. The work took just 15 minutes. It was done efficiently and professionally. The cost was very reasonable ($60 parts and $50 labor). I received a receipt and one year warranty on labor as well as 5 years warranty on the igniter. Could not ask for a better experience. I will use these guys again in a hearbeat. Thanks Angie's list!

THEY ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT I USE. IT IS ONLY BECAUSE AT THIS PARTICULAR TIME THEY CAME LATER THAN I EXPECTED THEM. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS ACCEPTABLE. THEY HAD FINE PROFESSIONALISM.
