They said everything was great and they went to check outside. They said there was some wiring loose and they could fix it for us. We asked how much it was going to cost and they said $375. It was just some wiring and it wasn't anything much. He asked if I wanted to do it and I said it was a bit much. He said he would go outside and ask his boss if he could get it for less. He went outside and in less than 30 seconds he said he could do it for $285. I told him to go ahead and do it. I told him as he was leaving that I was really upset with the way that he dealt with it. I told him that I was not blaming him but I thought it was the wrong way for a business to work. It was quite clear that he hadn't spoken to his boss at all. I then made at least 4 efforts to speak with his boss. He never returned my call. I think it is a whole disgrace that a business should act like that. We had been customers for 10 years or so. I’m not sure if we would use them again. I could almost deal with him giving me the price but then not calling back was stupid. He has irritated me because it is so stupid. He could have taken 30 seconds to call me back.
