Terrible quality, unprofessional, late, took a huge amount of our time to supervise, did not take responsibility for work that was obviously unsatisfactory, heated arguments and drama with the workers they contracted and with office personnel. General contractor in charge of the project never came on site to supervise workers. Workers changed all the time and were not familiar with the job to date, and were not authorized to make decisions. Ikea referred this contractor so for some reason I thought it would be acceptable and cost effective but it was unacceptable in every way, and after dealing with all the mistakes it was more expensive than a reputable, professional contractor would have been.
