He went above and beyond! I have two units, for two zones. One complete unit died. He not only replaced it with a better system and undercut all the competition by approximately $1900, but he cleaned out my other zone air conditioner, replaced pipes inside the house and outside the house at no extra cost. I was shocked! At a time when everyone is trying to squeeze every dollar out of you, this guy is honest, sympathetic to cost, and provides the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Hello this is Gul and John Enrique and his team did a fantastic job installing Mitsubishi AC system. He was very professional and we couldnâ t have been more satisfied with the experience. We have worked with Enrique and his team many times and are extremely satisfied. Overall, I would definitely recommend his service to everyone. They are the best!

Enrique is a professonal, responsive young mechanic who is pleasant to work with. He had to repair a recent installation of a ductless ("mini-split") air conditioning system (Gree brand). Enrique spent a couple of hours meticulously checking each connection for refrigerant leaks, and determined that two connections were leaking. He re-flared and re-installed those connections, vacuumed the system, and refilled with refrigerant. The A/C is now working again, and I have every reason to believe will continue to work because of the quality of his work. His labor and refrigerant costs were reasonable.

In all my years of hiring people, I have never had a contractor respond with quickness and efficiency as Enrique did. He updated me on his arrival as it got closer he followed up with emails on the quick pricing to make sure I was happy, His crew was terrific, polite, clean and did an amazing job. I have nothing but great things to say about this honest hard working man. The *big guys* took days to reply, days to get a price, showed up late (after canceling the first time), and came in much higher. I was happy to give my business to the *little guy* as he very much deserved my contract.

If I could give more than FIVE STARS, I would give TEN! Enrique is probably one of the most professional and personable technicians of any trade skill that I have had the good fortune of working with on a major home installation. His response time and on the spot costs estimate should insure a long and successful career for himself and EM Mechanical NY, LLC. I wanted to hire EM MECHANICAL from the get-go. The owner presented himself in a very professional, friendly manner, and explained my options to me. He did not play the game of giving me an overly inflated price so he could give me a "discount" and come to a price. He answered all my questions, and even worked around my crazy schedule without complaint or comment until I was able to finally find a date that would work for him to do the install. On the appointed day, he and his partner arrived when they said they would, and completed the job within the time frame he gave me - even with a slight problem that presented itself. The work was very neat, and after, you would not even know they were there. They left no mess or odds and ends behind. I would recommend them.

My furnace died and Enrique came to my rescue. Since it was cold, he moved his appointment and installed new furnace and AC unit next day. Really professional, friendly, quality service and reasonable prices. I will highly recommend this company.
