For 3 months we had problems with their installation. Technician after technician failed, finally we had the Manufacturer send
one of their service specialist... then problems got fixed. We understand that their Staten Island store has been closed.

Not well. Doors were supposed to be installed by Oct. 1st. Work did not even begin until the week before Christmas. 2 men were supposed to come and do the "2-3 day job". Only 1 man showed up and the job was not finished until February. Also, the billing is no interest for first year, to begin upon completion of the job. The billing started in November even though the job was incomplete. Calls to have it corrected resulted in their telling us to call the finance company directly. Totally unprofessional experience. Matter still unsolved.

THEY WERE A BIT INCOMPETENT. THE INSTALLERS WERE A BIT INCOMPETENT, AND WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT THIS THEY MISLEAD ME. THEY WERE NOT PREPARED TO DO THE JOB, AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT MATERIALS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK THREE TIMES IN ORDER TO GET THE DOOR INSTALLED CORRECTLY.
