Process was clear and they did their best to save me money where possible. They repaired my furnace and got my heat and hot water working quickly without charging obnoxious emergency fees. The work was done well and I havenâ t had any issue since it was done several months ago. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr.Flow Heating & Cooling. They promised to show up for my water heater installation but failed to do so. The technician was not only late but also very rude when I called to inquire about the delay. To make matters worse, they cancelled the order at the last minute without any proper explanation. When I tried to follow up, they hung up the phone on me and have not responded to any of my subsequent calls or messages. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous, clean and very affordable! Mike knew exactly what he was doing! He checked the ac system thoroughly and explained exactly what he was doing! Got the system working perfectly! Highly recommended!
