I bought the 2 bath vanities, mirrors, medicine cabinets, light fixtures seperatley.
When Steve measured the counter top he measured too big and I ended up paying for a 3 foot long piece we couldn't use- countertop $7,000. Did not bring the shower doors I ordered because the company sent the wrong doors so it was either install those or wait so I opted to install what he brought.
He removed the very old garbage disposal and since tube was to small from the dishwasher to the sink pipe he filled in the area with electrical tape and taped it together. I don't use the dishwasher frequently but the first time I did I had a huge flood because it backed up from the stuck tape. I had to call a service company to connect it correctly. Re-used the towel bars which was what I wanted but they were not installed straight. I notified him that a bottom portion of the shower door had detached and rusted and the supplier could only speak to the contractor to get a replacement piece I was willing to pay for. Called before Thanksgiving and 2 or 3 other times and was told he didn't use that company any longer. He offered to install new doors for $700 or $800.
I do have to say that his workers were clean, neat hard working but we bought lunch while they were working and supplied beverages throughout the day. I'm writing this now because things are going wrong. We are 2 adults no kids so its not excessive wear and tear. Would I recommend him, absolutely not. They get points for punctuality, politeness and the workers being very hard workers. Otherwise an F
I was having the bathroom redone for my 93 year old mother who was in the hospital at the this time.

The work was done in a 2 week period and came in at original price. I was on site during all the work and there were various issue that were corrected

- The mirror was not original and opened in the wrong direction. I had to pick up one at Loews.
- I contracted bull nose tile for the corner but saw them installing plastic edging the had to pull it off and get the tile delivered
- I ordered sand textured floor tile and they deliver smooth the had to pick up correct tile
- they installed a white toilet with a biscuit colored tank
- they were to return on Monday to replace the tank, called that Morning and postpone till Tuesday postponed Wednesday when complained that he was ruin what was left of my vacation he asked if I wanted he to come at all.
- They did return on Thursday and replace the tank
- The friend that recommended him and got his standard package was happy with him, told me he had told them that once the grout settled he would come back and cracks. He didn't tell me that and at this point I don't want him back again.
- He was not professional with this paper work and had asked me to have the final payment cut to the tile man and he gave me another name. Turns out the other name was not a subcontractor but his name not his business.
