Dan and Dan were polite, neat, efficient and knew what they were doing. They solved a bag clog and recommended we look closely at the 40 year old plumbing in the house. They did not push the work, but they were able and willing to take care of several issues in one visit. We are very pleased with the results.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
We had a leak coming from the bathtub area, other contractors wanted to cut open the kitchen ceiling without knowing what the issue was and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount of money. Done Right with Dan and Joe checked every possibility and found the problem and came up with the solutions a reasonable cost. The were professional, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any job you may have.

Quick response showed up on time gave good price considering work required went to store to make sure correct parts were installed about week after repairs done noticed small leak they came right back and fixed no extra charges no issues great work

I was in a bind and needed a plumber. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for a call back from another plumber, with no results, I called Done-Rite. Shortly thereafter, Dan called and said they could be here in two hours. They showed up early, solved the problem in 15 minutes, and were courteous and professional. I would hire them again in a minute. Money well spent.
