Furniture - Sales
We called Plain n Fancy and found out that they did NOT make the doors we requested. We spoke with the owner who returned HALF our down payment. Do NOT use this company. We were lucky to get away with losing only a relatively small amount of money. They will lie and tell you anything to get that initial money and your name on a contract. We should have sued them just for the principle of the thing.
FYI - an associate stopped by our house (several hours late). He did NOTHING except talk to his boss on his phone explaining why he wasn't at work. He took no measurements, did not listen to my comments/desires. I told him I did not want a tv in a particular place and the only thing he came up with was to put our tv in the place I had said I didn't want it.
