Absolutely garbage! Came to my house and diagnosed problems for repair and needed parts - - - two weeks passed and never called back to finish work. When I called the nasty and rude lady literally lied to me about my work order saying that they were waiting for parts. I called Frigidaire and found out that nothing was ever ordered. So this scum made waste three weeks without refrigerator in a house with two kids! Just freaking be honest and let me know that you could not do it and that is it.

Go read the google and Yelp reviews. This company is UNDEPENDABLE. They come out, take your money for service call and then ghost you. Waiting four weeks for a reply. Left messages, text messages and emails. After 4 weeks left a Yelp review and within hours owner replied nasty and rude. Do your due diligence. Call someone else.

I have been waiting for them to repair my refrigerator since May! Every time they come and something new. They do not know what they are doing and now it has almost 6 months later and they still have not called back. Now I have to spend more money with another appliance repair company because all they did was lie to me. I have given them more than enough time to fix there mistakes. But they do not even call back.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and honest. You have to be patient when calling the main office to speak with customer service and return calls . Otherwise, I would recommend Dependable Appliance.

This is a garbage company that does not respect its customers. I schedule an appointment for an AC repair during a recent heatwave. Was made to wait two days for service and on the service day itself was delayed and delayed until I finally gave up. It turns out that they have scheduled too many calls on that day and instead of honestly telling customers that a delay is likely and that they should try somewhere else, they wasted my time and deprived me of an opportunity to get service. Stay away from people like that!

Chase was the technician out here, I had multiple companies out here and not one was able to fix my ice maker from leaking. Chase was recommended by a friend and I can say I am very very lucky to have met this young and talented businessman. He came into my house, it took him about 5 minutes to figure out the issue. One of the seals came off, which caused the machine to leak from the ice maker. He fixed the machine in less than 20 minutes. I will continue using this company and will recommend them to others. I am very pleased with the service.

They charged $100 to tell me that a piece in my oven was broken which I already knew and then wanted a total of 300 to fix when I could replace a brand new oven for 400! I was very upset they took 100 from me for no reason and I had to call everyday to find out what was happening .. when they would fix and how much it would cost. I didn't use them to fix it in the end and I lost $100.

Let me start off by saying that the owner Steve reached out to me after I said that I was going to leave a bad review on HomeAdvisor. Unfortunately, one of the members of his customer service staff is unprofessional, rude and down right not nice. The lack of help and communication caused me to not have a fridge in the heat of July for almost 2 weeks. Owner Steve told me that he would refund the cost of my service call that I paid to his company. (I wound up getting well done company Professional Appliance Repair to diagnose and repair my fridge who overnight compressor and fixed my fridge in 40 minutes -- one day after booking an appointment). ADDED JULY 29, 2019: Never received refund of service call charge even though promised by Steve. Check was cashed.

"Hello Mrs Reid... I do not understand your comment of not responsive in a timely manner, every time you call my office answers the phone, we have never avoided your calls nor would. We went the first time replaced suspension rods, you called you said it was not working, doing the same, we replaced the rods a second time, you called again we said we will out a different tech to get a look, he is in your area on Tuesday and Thursday, but there is a training class, but Tuesday is open but you did not want that... as for inexperienced, the two techs that were at your home went to a vocational school for appliance repair, rode along with lead techs for over a year, they do very well in the field, and in life there comes a point in time, where you need to let them fly and get experience on their own, remember there are other companies that do not hire because they have no experience, well how do they get experience if you do not hire them, but that is not the case here, the one tech, Chase is my son and has watched me for his whole life doing this. Every tech from rookie to seasoned I have known has at one point had a difficult time with a unit. I assure you, your unit will be fixed or refunded, but did not warrant this negative review till all is said and done, to see how I would have handled the situation to the end, at that point I am sure your review would have been different, but in this day and age consumers just feel super compelled to hop right on and write away and as I finish this, I was made aware that a while ago we fixed your dryer, it was the same tech, Chase, and that you were very happy but again, I will handle this from here and get you a resolution."
