Initially, Brian seemed like an excellent contractor. They were punctual, seemed knowledgeable, courteous, seemed reliable, and I assumed they could do excellent work at an excellent price. I was originally very pleased with the work, but now that I have had more time with the deck, I am realizing that the quality of work just was not as good as I initially thought. The deck boards were not cut to the same length and the railing around the deck is not all the same height. This is especially noticeable at the top of the stairs where one side is just taller than the other. The deck screws were installed in a sloppy way requiring more work by me to clean them up. Then, they failed to do some very basic sanding to remove the lumber markings on the wood. I asked Brian to correct these issues and even though I was being nitpicky, as he called it, he did at least send someone out to fix the lumber markings. Though, they were not very thorough on even this second trip and I can still find lumber markings on the deck. To be fair, it is a functional deck but I expected more from Brian and his crew in line with the quality he promised. While his work indoors may be wonderful, from what I understand that is where he has the most experience, I think he and his crew have more to learn in order to deliver similar quality with decks.

They did a great job but once they left they were a couple of things I didnâ t like

Arrived on time and completed the repair professionally despite having to deal with somewhat challenging older fixtures. Priced reasonably and less than other quotes we received. Will look forward to using Dedes again for further work in our home in the coming months.

Paint vinyl siding, repair leaking skylight and repair leaking roof. Absolutely beautiful work by Dedes. Very nice and capable crew. Cleanup was impeccable. Job was done to my 100% satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend them.

I had two problems with this project. First of all the two workers ( one being Brian Dedes) almost never finished a complete day of work. Mr. Dedes gave us one price for basement bathroom remodel which included him purchasing all items( toilet, sink, etc.) then when job was started changed to a higher price.,

Great job!!! Nice, punctual, cleaned up everything throughout the job, and very experienced !!!!! Would hire them for everything! What they did for our house was priceless!!!

Brian, and his team were the most professional contractors we have ever used, they were hardworking, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, here from morning until night, project completed two days faster than expected, highly recommended to anyone who needs a contractor! We definitely will be using them again!

Wow. I have to say I held back on reviewing because these guys are so good that I am fearful that they will become too busy and I wont be able to book the next job that I need done with them. They are so awesome and accomodating and most importantly clean and very neat. They alleviated all my fears and concerns with patience compassion and understanding. I have had so many bad contractors and lost all hope in finding an honest reliable contractor until I found Brian and his team. Highly recommend them to all.

I had a complete bathroom remodel done, new flooring installed, drywall installed, new lighting fixtures and wiring was done, plus other miscellaneous jobs. Everything came out perfect and I was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this company.
