Cutting Edge Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance INC.

I had a company and it is Cutting Edge Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance. We have been using them for quite some time, a couple of years already.  The cost depends on the footage of your property so it varies. I would give them an 'A' plus rating. I have used them for over 3 years. They are reliable. Their billing is good. The customer service from the owner is excellent. I have never had any problems with them at all. They are consistently prompt with their service and at any explanations that I need. In a nutshell it is a very well managed company by the owner. He gives me prior notice when he is going to do any fertilization or special work on my lawn. His billing system is excellent. I have never had any problems with that at all. He is in Staten Island which is very convenient, if I ever need some emergency care for my lawn. The fees are I feel reasonable for the work that he does for my garden. I would say that we have been using them for at least 3 years or maybe longer, I think it may be 5 years.

The mowing is just ok. They tend to dig holes with the string trimmer. They charge extra for fall leaf cleanup and they dont wait until all the leaves are off the trees before they finish the cleanup.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE THE BEST GUYS TO EVER MOW MY LAWN. IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS VERY GOOD. THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ACTUALLY LET US KNOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING ON VACATION WHICH IS KIND OF NICE FOR A LANDSCAPER. THEY ARE NOT JUST WE'LL CUT IT WHEN WE GET THERE.

I WOULD SAY THAT THE JOB THAT THEY DO IS BETTER THAN ME DOING IT. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY ONE ELSE DO IT. THERE ISN'T ANYONE ELSE I CAN COMPARE IT TO SO THEY MUST BE ALRIGHT. THE GRASS IS EVEN AND THEY DO CUT IT WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE, SO I HAVEN'T HAD TO THINK ABOUT IT.

IT IS GOOD. THEY USUALLY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL UNLESS IT'S RAINING OR THEY GET BACKED UP. WE HAVE A TREE THAT DOESN'T SHED ITS LEAVES UNTIL DECEMBER, BUT THEY COME BACK IN DECEMBER AND GET THE REST OF THE FALLEN LEAVES.
