Paul answered my initial call in friendly and professional manner.
He had to change appt. due to rain,
He arrived at time he said he would,
He had very clean truck and he was very neat and presentable. He used proper ladder to access second floor a/c. His drill did not fit between roof and a/c and he had to go to hardware store for supplies. He completed the job and left a detailed receipt. I recommend him highly.
