CRISTAL AUTO GLASS INC

I called the shop on a saturday and asked if they could replace a broken window the same day. The lady on the phone said that yes they can do it and took down my car info. I stopped into the shop about half hour later and my car was take into the workshop. After about a half hour or so of waiting around, i was informed that they didnt have the right glass for my car. This is after confirming with me on the phone and taking apart the broken window and its housing. At this point i am frustrated but i agree to put down a $60 deposit with the reassurance that the window would be delivered 8am Monday morning and i can have it installed first thing that morning. I called sunday night hoping to leave a voicemail to infrom them that i would be coming monday morning. The phone was actually picked up by the same woman and i apologized for disturbing her and confirmed with her that the glass would be delivered next morning. I show up at the shop at 8am and the car is again taken into the workshop but i know something is wrong. The lady is making phonecalls about the glass and it turns out that she forgot to sent the order through hence the glass was not there and it wouldnt arrive until 1pm. I am furious at this point but keep my calm and ask for my deposit back to take my business elsewhere. Aside from prompt phone response and their timely refund of my money, there was nothing positive about this encounter and i wouldnt go back to this shop.
