Costco - Staten Island

If you go on weekend you have to wait a little. The glasses were good and the price they charge was also good because I was showing it to some of my coworkers and they couldn't believe the price I paid for those glasses. We're very happy with the quality and the price. You have to pay membership to walk in to Costco but it's worth it. The staff was helpful, friendly and the place looks clean but it's a little crowded.

They were very professional with my wife.

Almost everything is of high quality, with some exceptions, like electronics, for example. They are usually overstocked or discontinued items. However, if we find what we want, ie, a camera, camcorder, external drives, Costco bundles these items well, either adding SD cards, cases and other accessories at no additional cost. Food items are great, ie, rotisserie chicken. There are very few things we buy that we have to return. But if we do, the return policy is great and hassle-free. We also like to order from Costco.com, especially when there are special online pricing. It is convenient that if the items shipped does not meet expectation, I don't have to return ship it. The warehouse will take the returns on the premise.

I bought the tires online from the website and the site told me when they were going to be delivered to Costco. They were there within the time promised and Costco asked me to come anytime. I brought the car in and they put the tires very quickly. They told me that the tires I had on my car, which I had bought from Sears, were absolutely the wrong size. They said that the tires were too big and I should see a marked improvement in gas mileage with the new tires. They put on the tires and told me to return after 25 miles to re-torque the wheel nuts. I did that and they came right out with the torque wrench and did the job. They were extremely efficient and I did not have to wait at all. I will never buy tires anywhere else. I tried to offer the technician a tip and he refused saying they were not allowed to take tips. That impressed me very much. I would recommend them to everybody.

They are a lot more reasonably priced than most eye doctors. I was referred to my particular optometrist by a friend. She's a good eye doctor.

There prices are really good. The quality of the product is great. The return policy is really good. My tv had some sound problems. I took my tv back and I didn't have my receipt. They looked it up on their computer and seen that I purchased it. They returned it with no problems and they ended up giving me cash. I bought another high end tv from somewhere else and I had the same problem. I ended up finding out that it was not the tv. It was my cable box.
