THEY WERE JUST AVERAGE. THEY FIXED IT, BUT THEY DON'T WORK VERY FAST. I HAD TO BRING THE COMPUTER BACK TWICE, BECAUSE IT WAS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THROUGH THE WINDOWS BOOT UP PROCESS. I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I THOUGHT THEY DID THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE CONVENIENT. USUALLY YOU FIGURE A PLACE LIKE THAT IS BACKED UP SO WE'D BE WITHOUT A COMPUTER FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. IT WAS WORTH THE COST TO GET THE MACHINE BACK SO SOON.

THEIR EFFICIENCY OF FIXING YOUR COMPUTER IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS EXCELLENT, THEY CALLED ME AN SOON AS IT WAS COMPLETED AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK HOW LONG IT WOULD BE. THE MODEM IS WORKING FINE NOW AND THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS A POSITIVE ONE. IF I HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS I WOULD TRY THEM FIRST.

EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. IT WAS GOOD. THE COMPUTER IS VERY FAST RIGHT NOW. BEFORE MY COMPUTER WAS TOO SLOW SO THE CHECK UP WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS OKAY. IT WAS FINE. IT WAS A LOW PRICE.
